Hello my most AMAZING Artists!
I wish I could create some fun artwork with you today, but I am away at a special class for Art Teachers, learning new and exciting projects to share when we are back at school.
Today's task is to build a snowman! There are so many different ways we can create a snowman. Look around your home for different materials available to you. Based on what you have, take a look at the ideas here and choose ONE to create:
• If you have paper, pencils, crayons, etc., you can learn to draw a snowman. Follow the video below and create a special place where your snowman is visiting.
• If you have Playdoh or clay you can build a snowman sculpture (see photos below). Remember to use your pinch pot, coil and slab skills when building.
• If you have found objects around the house (food counts too) you can create a snowman collage. Read the book Snowballs below (see photos below) for inspiration.
Once you create your snowman, take a picture and post it here.
I can't wait to see what you create! Have fun, and I will see you in our next class!
